      • CNC machined/casted "atoms"
      • 3D printed "voxels"
      • PC monitor 2D pixels
    • Utimately - the final product is "atom level"
  • Claim:
    • It can be inherently difficult or impossible to get full control of the design processes and geometry in this way
  • Solution:
    • Designing at "atom level" by large scale voxel geometry (LSVG)
      • Using both local and global rules/design constraints
