Pruning surface material by aerobic bacteria infections


  • Cutting a hole in the center of the body
  • Infect all voxels on the hole surface

Infection algorithm:

  • Every infected voxel will spread a fixed amount of infection/bacterias to all aerobic (in contact with air) neighbor voxels in each generation
  • When a voxel has received a certain amount of bacterias it will be classified as infected.
  • Each infected voxel will die after 15 generations
